Priced at £295,000, the property in Orchard Road, High Wycombe, has been viewed 2,464 times in the past 30 days.
The “good-sized” property features three bedrooms, two reception rooms, a fitted kitchen and a family bathroom, as well as a rear garden and “unrestricted” parking outside.
It also has gas central heating and double glazed windows.
According to Zoopla, the property is of a “non-traditional construction” and was built using the Dorlonco steel framed construction type.
