  • James Young, 29, of Ayrshire Close, Aylesbury. Send by public communication network an offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing message in Aylesbury on August 5, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent. Restraining order made. Send by public communication network an offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing message in Aylesbury on July 14, 2020. Committed to prison for 14 weeks concurrent. 
  • James Young, 29, of Ayrshire Close, Aylesbury. Burglary dwelling with intent to steal. On August 10, 2020, entered an address in Stoke Mandeville as a trespasser with intent to steal. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Costs £128. 
  • Rebecca Belardo, 56, of Como Road, Aylesbury. In charge of a motor vehicle when alcohol level above the limit on Broughton Avenue, Aylesbury, on December 22, 2020. Fined £800. Costs £165. Driving record endorsed with 10 points. 
  • Joseph Doran, 22, of Wendover Road, Wendover. Driving over the drug-drive limit. On July 2, 2020, in Wendover Road, Aylesbury, had a proportion of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol. Fined £120. Costs £119.05. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. 
  • Abbie Mason, 25, of Oakside, Denham. Theft from a shop. On November 11, 2020, in High Wycombe, stole children’s clothes, toys, a duvet cover and dinner service to the value of £156 from ASDA in Crest Road. Fined £40. Costs £76. 
  • Stefan Nicolaie, 44, of Abercromby Avenue, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe, on November 17, 2020. Community order made. Must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £180. Disqualified from driving for 29 months. Used a motor vehicle on Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe, without third party insurance on November 17, 2020. Fined £255. Driving record endorsed. 
  • Vishnuhara Balendran, 31, of Booker Lane, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink-drive limit between December 24 and 25 on Booker Lane, High Wycombe. Fined £173. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 24 months. Restraining order varied. Costs £213. Possession of a controlled drug of class B in Wendover Road, Aylesbury. On December 18, 2020, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £40. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed. 
  • Ambrose Gordon, 78, of Denham Garden Village, Denham. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A412 North Orbital Road, Denham on March 1, 2020. The recorded speed was 35mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £40. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with three points.
