The famous Flying Scotsman will make its way through the county once again later this month.
Travelling from London Paddington to Oxford on Sunday, May 23 the route will pass through Taplow and Burnham stations.

The train will also go through the stations on the return journey later that evening.
Leaving at 9:20am it will take two hours and 40 minutes to get to Oxford with the return to London scheduled for 7pm.
It will also come back through the Taplow and Burnham on the return journey if you want to catch it in the evening.
The vintage steam-train has special passenger tours across the UK but all seats on this journey have been taken.
Retired from regular service in 1963, the Flying Scotsman set two world records.

Once for being the first steam-train to reach 100mph in 1934, and another for undertaking the longest non-stop journey by a locomotive after travelling 422 miles in Australia 1989.
Since 2016 the steam-train has toured the UK after the engine extensively toured in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
