February 3

  • Aleksander Wisniewski, 39, of Arnison Avenue, High Wycombe. Assault by beating in High Wycombe on April 28, 2020. Community order made. Must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
  • Thomas West, 29, of Ferndale Close, Stokenchurch. Using a vehicle on The Moorlands in Wallingford on March 8, 2020, without third party insurance. Fined £220. Disqualified from driving for six months. Driving whilst disqualified in The Moorlands, Wallingford, on March 8, 2020. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £213.
  • Arif Hussain, 29, of Wendover Street, High Wycombe. Failure without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on November 25, 2020 – failed to attend planned office visits. Order to continue. Order varied. Costs £60.
  • Matthew Scholey, 20, of Cedar Avenue, Hazlemere. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Penn Road, Hazlemere, on July 27, 2020. The recorded speed was 54mph. Fined £346. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Zafar Shah, 19, of Grenfell Avenue, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle on Harwood Road, Marlow, on May 16, 2019, without third party insurance. Fined £660. Costs £366. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Rebecca Hunt, 30, of St Birinus, Flackwell Heath. Using a motor vehicle on the A4094, Wooburn Green, without third party insurance on May 18, 2020. Fined £80. Costs £119.

February 4

  • Ryan Hoyte, 35, of Shootacre Lane, Princes Risborough. Assault by beating in Princes Risborough on October 18, 2020. Fined £1,000. Costs £185.
  • Luke Matthews, 31, of Water End, Stokenchurch. Driving on the M40 between junction 5 and junction 4 without due care and attention on July 10, 2020. Fined £440. Costs £154. Driving record endorsed with six points.

February 5

  • Apple Sarezedaz, 34, of Tolman Court, Aylesbury. Common assault in Aylesbury on August 30, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £322.
  • Sam Turner, 26, of Howards Wood Drive, Gerrards Cross. Failure to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle at Stoke Mandeville on June 29, 2020. Fined £200. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.
  • Daniel Wickes, 54, of Tilling Crescent, High Wycombe. On February 4, 2021, was seen in High Wycombe with an open can of alcohol in public which he is prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Community order made. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Costs £180.
  • Kevin Behan, 35, of Village Road, Whelpley Hill. Driving over the drink-drive limit on Church Road, Iver, on December 7, 2019. Fined £450. Costs £1,045. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
