If you know an amazing, hardworking dementia carer, why not give them the recognition they deserve - and nominate them for a Buckinghamshire Health and Social Care award.
The awards are newly-launched this year and there are 12 categories you can nominate someone amazing for.
We are focusing on a different category each day, and today's spotlight is on the Dementia Carer Award.
The Dementia Carer Award
This award recognises the contribution of an individual care worker who strives to improve the delivery of care for those suffering with dementia.
This person must demonstrate outstanding levels of commitment to care and put the person being cared for at the heart of what they do.
Do you fit the bill or know someone who does? Nominate them now - go to www.bucksfreepress.co.uk/awards/bhsc-awards-2021/dementiacarer and fill out a short nomination form.
