As coronavirus lockdown restrictions eased shops reopened in town centres, gyms have opened up and hairdressers welcomed back customers.

Outdoor hospitality has also been given the green light to open and a 17th century Queen Anne Mansion has decided to host of themed bottomless brunch events.

Terry McEvoy, Stoke Place Hotel's general manager, has shared his excitement of being able to reopen after the hard work behind the scenes to be able to open.

He said:said: “We’re really excited to be able to welcome guests back to Stoke Place in a few weeks.

"We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a new events programme, new menus and make sure our outdoor space is looking its best.

The manager believes the public is also looking forward to being able to meet up with friends for food and drink.

He continued: “Bookings are already filling up fast, and it’s great to see people are looking forward to getting back to hospitality venues when it’s safe to do so.
