PLANS to demolish the storage unit of a stone worktop specialist in favour of a replacement building have been submitted to the council.

Mr Armando Vigolo seeks from Bucks Council permission to tear down the existing storage building of Marble and Granite Services (MGS) UK, on Stirling Road, Cressex Business Park, to build a new 384-sqm premises.

Mr Vigolo is listed as a contact for the High Wycombe company on a local directory website.

The company is said to be a ‘specialist in quartz worktops’.

Plans also include increasing the number of parking spaces from five to eight.

Proposed opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

The applicant is now ‘awaiting a decision’ from Bucks Council.
