Lavendon to benefit from £1.7m from David Wilson Homes

Parts of Lavendon, which is a village near Milton Keynes, will benefit from the £1,712,412 that will be spent on the area, with £831,400 going towards educational amenities from early years to post-16-year-olds, as well as over £149,000 being spent for the community’s health facilities and over £111,200 as an MK inward investment.

The money has been funded by David Wilson Homes, as the home building company are currently working on a new development in Lavendon Fields, which will have several three, four and five bedroom houses.
