The site of a former water tower near Great Missenden is being auctioned off.
Land which once housed Lee Water Tower, in Potter Row, has a freehold guide price of £25,000-plus.
The site, which is on the outskirts of Great Missenden, extends to 0.11 hectares (0.28 acres).
It is among the lots in the third sale of 2021 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson.
The land is behind a residential property and is disused, covered in vegetation.
Auctioneer Paul Bridgeman said: “The land is to the rear of a residential dwelling and is now vacant as the water tower has been removed.
“It offers potential for a variety of uses, subject to the necessary consents.”
It will go under the hammer from Monday, May 3, with the auction ending on May 5.
