Neighbours and the local community have not been consulted about the proposal, it also states.
A design and access statement reads: “Following a review of the customer’s service space across many of HSBC UK’s branches, it has been considered necessary to replace some of the existing furniture to improve functionality and service.”
The applicant is now ‘awaiting a decision’ from Bucks Council.
