The people of Aylesbury have reacted to news that another murder investigation has been launched in the town.

In the same month that a 76-year-old man was allegedly killed in Wendover, at around 12.20pm on Monday, April 26, members of the public contacted the emergency services to report an assault on the Grand Union Canal in Broughton.

After the paramedics and police arrived, and despite their best efforts, a man, who was a charity worker, died at the scene.
