  • Dean Stanley, 54, of New Road, Bolter End. Harassment without violence. In Bolter End between June 26 and July 26, 2020, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment of another person by driving his vehicle in such a manner to prevent another person from overtaking him, driving recklessly and deliberately causing road debris to be directed towards the property of the same person and verbally abused and insulted them. Fined £920. Costs £177.
