A man who is accused of raping a woman at a Bucks Premier Inn is set to go on trial next month.
Andrew Fox, aged 37, has denied three rape offences following an incident that occurred at the hotel in Buckingham Road, in Aylesbury, on Saturday, May 8.
The complainant has alleged that Mr Fox, of Rufford Road, Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, forced himself upon her three times in the hotel sometime after 8pm.
Mr Fox denies the allegations.
After appearing at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Tuesday, Mr Fox was informed that his trial would take place at Aylesbury Crown Court on Tuesday, June 8.
Mr Fox was denied bail and will be remanded in custody until that time.
