  • Terry Blake, 58, of Orchard End Avenue, Amersham. Using a motor vehicle on Pineapple Road, Amersham, on September 10, 2020, without third party insurance. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £200. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with six points.

  • Dwaine Hesford, 32, of Mitchell Close, Aylesbury. Theft from a shop. On November 2, 2020, stole multiple gift sets to the value of £188 from One Stop in Meadowcroft, Aylesbury. Committed to prison for three months concurrent. Compensation £120. Failure to surrender to custody at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on February 1. Committed to prison for seven days concurrent. 
  • Dwain Hesford, 32, of Mitchell Close, Aylesbury. Theft from a shop. On March 17, stole detergent to the value of £45 from Sainsbury’s in Aylesbury. Committed to prison for three months. Compensation £30. Possession of a knife blade or sharp pointed article in a public place. On April 12, in Lester Road, Aylesbury, had a retractable and lockable Stanley knife. Committed to prison for three months concurrent. 
  • Monique Parsons, 31, of Florey Gardens, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on October 1, 2020. Community order made. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs £180. 
  • Ashley Turner, 31, of Huntercombe Lane North, Burnham. Driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence on Wexham Park Lane, Slough, on October 10, 2020. Fined £100.   • Kathryn Shaw, 27, of Witham Way, Aylesbury. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Thame Road, Emmington, on July 8, 2020. The recorded speed was 42mph. Fined £180. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months. 
  • Richard Moy, 36, of Gravel Hill, Chalfont St Peter. Driving over the 30mph speed limit on Stanley Hill in Amersham on September 3, 2020. The recorded speed was 35mph. No totting disqualification – mitigating circumstances. Fined £256. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
