Emergency services are battling a huge fire at the Cressex industrial estate in High Wycombe.
Thames Valley Police tweeted to advise members of the public to stay away from the area and find alternative routes through the town.
They added road closures and cordons are in place.
It comes after residents around High Wycombe reported hearing a number of explosions, with eyewitnesses saying smoke can be seen from as far away as Hurley and Henley-on-Thames.
A number of firefighters and fire engines are at the scene.
