Fresh plans to build a block of flats on a disused plot of land in a Bucks town have been put to the council.
Mr Kevin Donaldson, of Cairnpark LBS Properties, in Rickmansworth, has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for a piece of land at 4-6 Broad Street, in Chesham.
Plans detail the ‘construction of a four-storey building, for ten new flats, on a 287-sqm vacant plot’.

There will be five one-bed studios, and four one-bed and one two-bed flats – all of which are bound for the housing market.
A new or altered pedestrian access will also be installed.
No parking will be provided.
Two prior applications – one for a block of three flats, one for nine – were granted conditional permission, according to council documents.

“The scheme is identical to that previously considered acceptable by the council, with the exception of an additional flat to the fourth floor,” a planning statement reads.
It adds: “This addition will have no negative impact on the character and appearance of the area, nor will it have any material impact on neighbouring buildings.”
The owner, believed to reside in Bellingdon Road, in Chesham, has been notified.
