TEN new flats, a Job Centre, and an extension project are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed siting of caravan for ancillary residential use – PL/21/2123/SA

Mr Gareth Sacala has submitted to Bucks Council an application for 240 Chartridge Lane, Chesham.

Documents detail the ‘siting of a caravan for ancillary use, within a defined planning unit’.

The application ‘does not amount to a material change of use of land and thus no development…will take place’.

Demolition of outbuilding and erection of ancillary annexe outbuilding in rear garden – PL/21/2085/FA

Dr Thomas Drion has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Tedworth House, Cecil Road, Iver.

Plans detail the ‘tearing down of the existing outbuilding to the rear and a replacement single-storey, oak-framed ancillary annexe’.

Erection of a four-storey block containing ten flats, and boundary railings – PL/21/0897/FA

Mr Kevin Donaldson, of Cairnpark LBS Properties, in Rickmansworth, has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for a piece of land at 4-6 Broad Street, Chesham.

Plans detail the ‘construction of a four-storey building for ten new flats on a vacant plot’.

There will be five one-bed studios, and four one-bed and one two-bed flats.

A new or altered pedestrian access will also be installed.

The owner, believed to reside in Bellingdon Road, Chesham, has been notified.

Householder application for construction of two-storey side extension and part single, part two-storey side/rear extension – 21/06675/FUL

Mr Robert Griffiths has submitted to Bucks Council an application for a home extension project at 165 Blind Lane, Flackwell Heath.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the authority.

Change of use from retail to a Job Centre Plus office for the DWP – 21/06426/FUL

Mr Barry Frost, of the Department for Work and Pensions, has submitted to Bucks Council a ‘change of use’ application for 31-32 High Street, High Wycombe.

The facility will provide 29 work coach stations, an interview room for customers, and staff welfare areas.

Although works began in April, they are still incomplete, according to council documents.
