Beaconsfield Household Recycling Centre had to be shut this morning after a fire broke out - but has now reopened.
A blaze broke out in a waste container at the site on the A40 in Beaconsfield this morning.
The centre was shut to allow fire crews to deal with the situation, but has now reopened.
At 1.15pm, Buckinghamshire Recycles said: "The site has been cleaned up and ready to accept visitors again.
"We don't yet know what caused the fire, but a reminder to remove batteries from any electricals and douse your BBQs in water before disposing of them."
