Firefighters were called to an apparent vehicle fire on the M40 this morning - but it was just an overheated engine.
Fire crews were called at 11.07am to reports of a vehicle blaze northbound between junction 4 for Handy Cross and 5 for Stokenchurch.
When fire crews arrived at the scene, it was clear they were not needed as the vehicle's engine had just overheated and there was no fire.
