A 60-year-old man who is accused of assault has been barred from entering Cineworld in High Wycombe.

Junior Cato, of Lady Verney Close in High Wycombe, appeared at Wycombe Magistrates Court on June 4, where he pleaded not guilty to assaulting Fidel Budden on May 26.

After denying the charge, Cato was granted conditional bail until his trial, which is set to take place on November 25.

Issuing the bail conditions, magistrates ordered Cato not to contact Mr Budden, and also ruled that he may not enter Cineworld in the Eden Centre to “prevent interference with witnesses or otherwise.”
