Images have been released of a dangerous dog that killed a cat in Oldbrook.

At around 3am on July 4 a dog was walking off a lead in Trueman Place when it came across a cat.

The dog then attacked the cat and it was subsequently killed.

Investigating officer PC Jim Adams, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “This is a distressing incident for all those involved and it is important that this dog and its owner is identified to ensure suitable advice and precautions can be put into place to prevent any incidents like this from happening again.

“The images I’m releasing are of the dog and of a man that I believe may have vital information about this incident so if you recognise either, or have any information that could help with this investigation, please get in touch.
