A driver was spared having his car seized despite being caught exceeding the speed limit.
On the evening of Wednesday, July 21, the driver was seen going over the limit on the A40 in Denham when officers from Thames Valley Police Chiltern & South Bucks pulled the motorist over.

According to the TVP Chiltern & South Bucks Twitter account, the driver ‘gave the officers more than enough to give a Sec 59 warning.’
However, the also revealed that if the motorist was ‘caught driving antisocially again, his car will be seized’.
