A new outdoor tennis court, an extension project, and four outbuildings are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Householder application for construction of two-storey front extension and part two-storey/part single-storey rear extensions and associated internal alterations - 21/07133/FUL

Mr and Mrs Edwards, of Heighway Associates, have submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for 44 Squirrel Rise, Marlow Bottom.

Some extensions and internal alterations are requested.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.

Householder application for construction of roof extension incorporating habitable space within loft, including rear and side dormers and additional roof lights, part single-storey, part two-storey rear extension and fenestration alterations (Alternative scheme to 21/05940/FUL) - 21/07101/FUL 

Mr Mohammad Comran has submitted to the council an application for Wyeside, Park Farm Road, High Wycombe.

Although this is a full application, no further details were available at the time of going to press.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the authority. 

Listed building application for construction of timber car port with room above and external staircase following demolition of existing greenhouse - 21/07074/LBC

A Bucks resident has submitted a listed building application for Turville Heath House, Turville Heath.

Plans detail the ‘installation of a new timber-framed double cart lodge outbuilding adjacent to the main property’.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.

Householder application for construction of outdoor tennis court - 21/07044/FUL

Mr William Butler-Adams has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Cherry Tree House, Westfield, Medmenham.

Plans are for the ‘construction of an outdoor porous asphalt tennis court’.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the local authority. 

Householder application for construction of four outbuildings - 21/07058/FUL

Ms Natalia Goloubeva has submitted to the council an application for Hunters Gate, Deanfield, Saunderton.

The four outbuildings will be made of wood, glass, and plastic.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.
