A burglar has been caught stealing from a doctor’s surgery in Hughenden.

Alexander Walker, 40, of Skimmers Field in Holmer Green, snuck into Hughenden Valley Surgery on July 26 and stole food of unknown value.

Walker, a known thief, was also caught stealing earlier this year when he burgled a law firm near Oxford.

On May 18, 2020, Walker stole two laptops, a set of keys and a gold ring from Hedges Law. He was caught and brought before magistrates in April this year, where he was given a 26-week prison sentence suspended for two years.

Only a few weeks later, Walker was caught stealing from Hughenden Valley Surgery while he was still serving the suspended sentence.

Appearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on July 28, Walkers’ suspended sentence was extended by 12 weeks. He was also ordered to pay £128 costs.
