  • Tyler Warren-Hoyte, 22, of Mendip Way, High Wycombe. Obstructing or resisting a constable in execution of duty in High Wycombe on January 23. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £107.

July 5

  • Kyle Dunlop, 39, of Portland Crescent, Marlow. Theft from a shop. On January 31, in Marlow, stole meat of unknown value from Sainsbury’s. Fined £40. Compensation £100. Costs £117. Theft from a shop. On March 2, in Marlow, stole meat valued at £144.64 from Sainsbury’s. Fined £40.
  • Daniel Wickes, 55, of Tilling Crescent, High Wycombe. Breaching a criminal behaviour order. On July 2, in High Wycombe, made calls to the emergency services without there being a genuine emergency despite being prohibited from doing so by a criminal behaviour order issued by Bucks Magistrates’ Court. Committed to prison for four months. Costs £128.
  • Jamie Andrews, 20, of Witham Way, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled class B drug. On December 23, 2019, in Aylesbury, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £400. Costs £125. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
  • Jevon Carter, 18, of Beechtree Avenue, Marlow Bottom. Driving over the drink drive limit in Liston Road, Marlow on June 16. Fined £92. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.
  • Adil Hussain, 25, of Rutlands Avenue, High Wycombe. Possession of a controlled class B drug. On April 19, in High Wycombe, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £117. Cannabis forfeited and destroyed.
  • Hamza Yousaf, 19, of Bierton Road, Aylesbury. Unauthorised possession in prison of a knife or offensive weapon in Aylesbury on April 13. Was in possession of a sock with a weighted object inside at HMYOI Aylesbury. Committed to detention in young offender institution for three months concurrent. Costs £213. Weapon to be forfeited and destroyed.
  • Naveed Kayani, 28, of Fraser Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the drug drive limit. On December 22, 2020, on the A40, High Wycombe, had an amount of benzoylecgonine in their blood. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for three years.
  • Richard Jefford, 40, of Rutland Path, Aylesbury. Criminal damage of property valued under £5,000. On May 18, in Aylesbury, damaged a window of unknown value. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Assault by beating of an emergency worker on May 19 in Aylesbury. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent. Compensation £150. Affray. On May 19, in Aylesbury, used or threatened unlawful violence to another that would cause someone else at the scene to fear for their own safety. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent. 
  • Jamaine Wilkinson, 33, of Thorne Road, Lane End. Driving over the drink drive limit in Coates Lane, High Wycombe, on May 30. Fined £120. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.
  • Awais Hussain, 25, of Whitelands Road, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Premier Way, High Wycombe, on March 12, 2020. Fined £660. Costs £151. Disqualified from driving for two years.
  • Danny Telford, 18, of Whichcote Gardens, Chesham. Racially/religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by words or writing in Chesham on February 18. Fined £250. Costs £135. Racially/religiously aggravated harassment by words or writing in Chesham on February 18. Fined £250.
