A shoplifter from Marlow who was caught stealing nearly £150-worth of meat from Sainsbury’s has been fined and ordered to pay compensation.

Kyle Dunlop, 39, of Portland Crescent in Marlow, was caught stealing from Sainsbury’s in Marlow on two separate occasions this year – once on January 31 and again on March 2.

Appearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on July 5, Dunlop pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a shop.

The court heard how on March 2, Dunlop took meat products worth £144.64 from the supermarket.

On January 31 Dunlop also stole meat from the same supermarket, but the total value of what he stole the first time around is unknown.

Appearing before the magistrates, Dunlop was fined £80. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation and £119 costs.
