An air ambulance was called to a field in High Wycombe where a person sustained serious injuries after an incident involving a tractor.
There was also an ambulance crew and officer at the scene opposite Ministry Wharf at 10:54.
The person was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital by land ambulance following treatment from the crews.

A spokesman for the South Central Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 10:54 to Saunderton to reports of an incident.
"We sent to the scene the Thames Valley Air Ambulance, an ambulance crew and an ambulance officer to assess and treat a patient who had sustained serious injuries.
"Following treatment at the scene by all our crews the patient was taken by land ambulance to Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
