Miles Hunt

Died 24.07.21. Aged 75 years. Late of Penn and Australia, son of George and Jean Hunt, Hunt and Nash, Crendon Street, High Wycombe, and brother of Jenny Hinton, The Old Manor, Shilton, OX18 4AS.

Lois Ann Sly (Williams)

Lois Ann Sadly passed away on 16th July 2021, aged 89 years. Much loved, will always be remembered by all her family. A funeral service will be held for Lois at GreenAcres, Potkiln Lane, Beaconsfield on Wednesday 18th August at 12.00 noon.

Josephine Clara (Jo) Lewis

Jo passed away aged 99 years on the 3rd August 2021. Previously Director of Gomm Brothers, High Wycombe. The funeral service will be on Thursday 19th August 2021 at 12 noon at the Methodist Chapel, Cryers Hill Lane, Cryers Hill. A reception for Jo will follow at her family home.

Linda June Catchpole

Linda passed away peacefully on 24th July 2021, aged 68 years. Much loved wife to Barry, mum to Richard and Phil, grandma to Felix and daughter to Olive. Lin will be deeply missed by all her family and friends who will forever celebrate being a part of her life with such warm and wonderful memories of her.

The funeral is at the Chiltern Crematorium in the Milton Chapel on Monday 23rd August 2021 at 1.00 pm. Winifred Ellis (Holden)

Winifred passed away at Florence Nightingale Hospice on 4th August 2021 aged 98 years. Loving mother of Jane and Bill and stepmother to Diney, Dick and Peter. Retired owner of Fumbles period clothing shop Great Missenden.

Funeral service to be held in the Milton Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on Thursday, 19th August at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Win may be made to Florence Nightingale Hospice c/o Wright Funeral Services, 106 High Street, Great Missenden, HP16 0BE.

Hotspur John "apple" Carter

Aged 93. Dearly loved husband of Mavis. Died 4th August 2021 at Florence Nightingale Hospice, Stoke Mandeville. Loved by all the family, Daughter Lesley, Son "Nodge", Lynn, Sister Vivienne, and Sue. Greatly missed by Grandchildren Michael, Lee and Amy.

The funeral will take place at 11.00 O'clock on Tuesday 24th August at Chilterns Crematorium, Hampden Chapel. Norma Audrey (Audrey) Aldridge

A strong lady earned her wings when Audrey passed away on 1st August 2021 after a brief but brave battle with cancer. A member of our greatest generation, together again with her late husband Raymond.

A loving mother and sister, she will be forever in our hearts and greatly missed by her sons Robert and Stephen, her grandchildren, nephews and nieces. The world will be a lesser place with her passing.

Angela Jane Sharpe

Aged 53 years. We deeply regret to say that Angie passed away suddenly on 23rd July 2021. She was a beloved Daughter, Sister, Auntie and Friend. The funeral will be held on Thursday 19th August 2021 at 3.30pm at Chilterns Crematorium, Hampden Chapel.

Jim (James/seamus) Butler

Sadly passed away 25th July 2021, aged 69. He was greatly loved and is missed by his wife, seven children, granddaughter, his dogs, family and many friends. Funeral service will take place on 25th August 2021 at 1:30pm, at St Peter and St Paul's of Stokenchurch.
