A Jaguar driver who was caught speeding at more than 120mph on the motorway near High Wycombe has been fined more than £1,000.

Toby Flannagan, 50, was driving between junctions 4 and 6 on the M40 when he was caught travelling at more than 120mph. The exact speed he was driving is not known.

Flannagan, of Holland Park Mews in Kensington and Chelsea, London, was driving a Jaguar when he was caught breaking the speed limit on January 23.

Appearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on July 6, he was found guilty of speeding and fined £1,250.

He was ordered to pay an additional £215 costs and banned from driving for 28 days.
