  • Anita Abioye, 43, of Russell Avenue, Aylesbury. Driving a motor vehicle without third party insurance in London Road, Oxford on January 1. Fined £500. Costs £135. Driving record endorsed with eight points.
  • Kamran Aslam, 43, of Ingleglen, Farnham Common. Assault by beating in Beaconsfield on June 26, 2020. Must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs £870. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On June 26, in Beaconsfield, damaged a computer keyboard of unknown value. Community order made.
  • Jamie Davey, 39, of Dane Court, Aylesbury. Vehicle interference. On March 21, in Aylesbury, interfered with a Citroen Picasso. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Vehicle interference. On March 21, in Aylesbury, interfered with a Citroen Berlingo. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Vehicle interference. On March 21, in Aylesbury, interfered with a Peugeot 308 Estate.   • Brian Mayger, 70, of Church Street, Chesham. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Chesham on February 10. Must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £180. Obstructing or resisting a constable in execution of their duty in Chesham on February 11. Community order made.
  • Miroslaw Trzebiatowski, 28, of Pine Street, Coldharbour. Driving over the drink drive limit in Bicester Road, Aylesbury on May 15. Fined £323. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

  • Mark Annetts, 53, of Winters Way, Holmer Green. Driving over the drug drive limit. On August 31, 2020, in Sheepcote Dell Road, Holmer Green, had a proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £162. Costs £284. Driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Sheepcote Dell Road, High Wycombe on August 31, 2020. Fined £54. Possession of a controlled drug of class B. On August 31, 2020, in Holmer Green, had a quantity of cannabis. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
  • Aaron Billingham, 33, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Stoke Mandeville on May 18. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On May 18, in Stoke Mandeville, damaged a coat of unknown value. No separate penalty. Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent to provoke violence in Stoke Mandeville on May 18. Committed to prison for 14 weeks. Costs £820. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with community order made by Norfolk Magistrates’ Court on January 10. Community order made.
  • Steven Sanga, 45, of Blind Lane, Bourne End. Failure to provide specimen at Maidenhead Police Station on June 18, 2020, when suspected of having driven a vehicle. Committed to prison for 23 weeks concurrent. Costs £678. Disqualified from driving for 63 months. Driving whilst disqualified on the M40, Beaconsfield, on June 18, 2020. Committed to prison for 23 weeks concurrent. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance on the M40 in Beaconsfield on June 18, 2020. No separate penalty.
  • Oliver Hudson, 20, of Hunters Hill, High Wycombe. Assault by beating in Brill on December 21, 2020. Fined £250. Costs £135. Assault by beating in Brill on December 21, 2020. Fined £250.
  • Anton Mozgovey, 26, of Station Road, Gerrards Cross. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Windsor End, Beaconsfield on February 10. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £107. Driving record endorsed with six points.
