Emergency services attended the scene of a crash involving two cars in Amersham.
Firefighters, ambulances and police attended the crash on Weedon Lane on August 23 at 4:45pm.
A man was treated with immediate emergency care from firefighters after suffering a head injury.

An environmental grand was also used to stem a fuel leak.
A spokesman for Bucks Fire and Rescue said: "The firefighters provided immediate emergency care to one man who was suffering from a head injury, and showing signs of shock.
"He was passed into the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
"The firefighters also used an environmental grab bag to stem a fuel leak, and made the scene safe.
"The incident was left in the hands of Thames Valley Police."
