  • David Buchan, 39, of Jones Hill Wood, Wendover. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On October 4, 2020, in Wendover, damaged the roof of a Vauxhall Vivaro to the value of £200. Fined £100. Compensation £200. Costs £160.
  • Keenan John, 19, of Hawthorne Road, High Wycombe. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On April 3, 2020, in Marlow, damaged a Mazda to the value of £550. Must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Compensation £670. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On April 3, in Marlow, damaged a door to the value of £120. Community order made.

July 27

  • Claire Sullivan, 39, of Marlow Road, High Wycombe. Assault by beating in Little Marlow Road, Marlow on October 16, 2020. Community order made. Restraining order made. Compensation £200. Costs £345. Assault by beating in Little Marlow Road, Marlow on October 16, 2020. Community order made. Restraining order made. Compensation £100.
  • Majid Jaral, 44, of Spearing Road, High Wycombe. Using a handheld mobile phone while driving a motor vehicle in Spearing Road, High Wycombe on September 20, 2020. Fined £300. Costs £150. Driving record endorsed with six points.  Failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required. Fined £300. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Florentin Stan, 19, of Green Street, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Baker Street, High Wycombe on November 8, 2020. Fined £660. Costs £156. Disqualified from driving for six months.
  • Joanna Harper, 45, of Lower Church Street, Stokenchurch. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit on A40 London Road, Postcombe on October 15, 2020. Speed recorded was 51mph. Fined £250. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with six points.

July 28

  • Alexander Walker, 40, of Skimmers Field, Holmer Green. Burglary other than dwelling – theft. On July 26, in Hughenden Valley, entered Hughenden Valley Surgery as a trespasser and stole food of unknown value. Committed to prison for 12 weeks consecutive. Costs £128. Commission of a further offence during operational period of a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court. Suspended sentence of 26 weeks implemented. Overall length of sentence 38 weeks.
  • Owais Ali, 20, of Bushey Close, High Wycombe. Receiving stolen goods. On July 18, 2018, in Great Missenden, dishonestly received a moped valued at £2,800. Committed to prison for one month concurrent. Theft by employee. Between December 9, 2019, and December 25, 2019, in Aylesbury, stole cash to the value of £1,935.50 from The Fragrance Shop. Committed to prison for two months concurrent. Costs £128.
  • Jay Chaston, 32, of Dashwood Avenue, High Wycombe. Common assault in Iver on January 1, 2021. Committed to prison for 28 days. Costs £128. Arson. On January 28, in Iver, damaged by fire the floor of the annex of unknown value belonging to Round Coppice Farm. Committed to prison for five days concurrent. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On January 27, in Iver, damaged a Renault Clio to the value of £60. No separate penalty.
  • Christopher Glasgow, 41, of Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe. Driving whilst disqualified. On February 24, in New Road, High Wycombe, drove a motor vehicle while disqualified from holding a licence. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 24 months.  Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £180. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in New Road, High Wycombe on February 24. No separate penalty.
  • Peter Todd, 25, of Wycombe Road, Stokenchurch. Breaching a non-molestation order in High Wycombe on June 9. Committed to prison for six months concurrent. Breaching a non-molestation order in High Wycombe on June 10. Committed to prison for six months concurrent. Breaching a non-molestation order in High Wycombe on June 10. Committed to prison for six months consecutive. Breaching a non-molestation order in High Wycombe on June 11. Committed to prison for six months concurrent.   • Oliver Kluzniak, 30, of Montague Road, Aylesbury. Sending an electronic communication which conveyed an indecent or grossly offensive message for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety in Broughton on September 13, 2020. Committed to prison for 14 days. Restraining order made. Costs £128. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on January 27. Committed to prison for 14 days concurrent.
