A garage conversion, a fishing lake getaway, and a garden room are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Householder application for construction of a single-storey garden room for occasional use - 21/07629/FUL

Mr Tim Carroll has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Mulberry House, Wooburn Town, Wooburn Green.

The garden room will have larch cladding and low intensity down-lighting.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.

Householder application for conversion of integral garage into study - 21/07630/FUL

A Bucks resident has submitted plans for 11 Claytons Meadow, Bourne End.

Parking in the garage will be lost as a result.

The applicant is now awaiting a council decision.

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed loft conversion with rear roof box dormer, four front roof lights and associated internal alterations - 21/07638/CLP

A Bucks resident has submitted to the council an application for 19 Greenside, Bourne End.

“The existing building is a semi-detached house and has been that way since initially constructed,” a council document states.

The work is “all under the homeowner’s permitted development rights”, it adds.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the council.

Construction of detached dwelling house with car parking arrangements for existing and proposed property following demolition of single-storey extensions - 21/07594/FUL

Mr Tejinder Sahota, of Welwyn Garden City, has submitted a planning application for Willow Reach, Barleyfields, Wooburn Moor.

The existing site is described as a “residential plot with one detached house and garaging, with an existing vehicular access onto Barleyfields”.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the local authority.

Change of use to allow the siting of two mobile shepherd's huts to facilitate overnight visitor stays at Westfield Fishery (retrospective) - 21/07395/FUL

Westfield Fishery has submitted retrospective plans for Fisherman’s Lodge, Westfield Farm, Westfield, Medmenham.

Works were started and completed in June 2019.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from Bucks Council.
