The Spade Oak in Bourne End is currently undergoing refurbishments with the new look pub set to reopen on September 25.

The riverside pub is having a significant makeover giving the popular eating and drinking spot a modernised, stylish and contemporary feel.

Originally due to reopen on September 18, it has been confirmed the pub has now pushed back the date a week.

There will also be an official launch party with details yet to be updated after the pushback of the reopening.
