  • Christopher Lewis, 30, of Waring Crescent, Aston Clinton. Driving whilst disqualified in Weston Road, Aston Clinton, on January 29. Must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work. Costs £180. Disqualified from driving for nine months. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Weston Road, Aston Clinton. No separate penalty.
  • Rohan McKie, 18, of Kinson Green, Aylesbury. Possession of a knife blade in a public place. On June 15, in High Wycombe, was in possession of a folding knife. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for 12 weeks. Costs £128. Folding knife forfeited and destroyed. Possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. On June 15, in High Wycombe, was in possession of a Rambo knife. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for 12 weeks concurrent. Rambo knife forfeited and destroyed. Overall length of sentence 12 weeks.

  • Hafizan Akhtar, 54, of Brockhurst Road, Chesham. Failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Amersham on May 12, 2020. Fined £660. Costs £216. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Waqas Iqbal, 25, of Cumbrian Way, High Wycombe. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Maidenhead on July 11, 2020. Speed recorded was 37mph. Costs £107.
  • Tasir Hussain, 25, of Argyle Avenue, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled class B drug. On March 22, in Aylesbury, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £80. Costs £119. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge imposed at Buckinghamshire Magistrates’ Court. Fined £80.
  • Stephen Vine, 40, of Mitcham Walk, Aylesbury. Failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Aylesbury on November 26, 2020. Must carry out 165 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Using a motor vehicle without insurance in Belgrave Road, Aylesbury on November 26, 2020. No separate penalty. Failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on May 18. Community order made. Failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of having attempted to drive a vehicle in Aylesbury on May 12. Community order made. Costs £695. Possession of a controlled class A drug. On May 12, in Aylesbury, had a quantity of diamorphine in their possession. Community order made.  Diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed.
  • Lee Carter, 29, of West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe. Assault by beating in High Wycombe on May 17. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Compensation £50. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On May 17, in High Wycombe, destroyed a television to the value of £350. Community order made. Compensation £350.
  • Zahir Khan, 29, of Chapman Close, Aylesbury. Breaching a non-molestation order made by Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on June 16. Must carry out 100 weeks of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £180.
  • Luke Hurley, 27, of Wendover Heights, Wendover. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Halton on October 31, 2020. Speed recorded was 37mph. Fined £150. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
