Tributes have flooded in for Nessar Khan who has been named locally as the man who died in a crash on London Road in High Wycombe.

Flowers have continued to be left at the scene of the crash, at the junction of Hammersley Lane on the A40, in memory of the 20-year-old who was riding a moped.

The crash happened at around 8.35pm on Monday, September 6 as a large police presence closed off London Road for a number of hours with South Central Ambulance Service confirming two other people were assessed but neither were taken to hospital.

Nessar's colleagues told the Bucks Free Press he was riding his moped back home from his shift with a KFC meal for his mother before colliding with a Suzuki Jimny.

A candle has also been left at the scene alongside a number of tributes left at the scene and online with one local calling him the “kindest person”.

The KFC at the Wycombe retail park shut for the day as a mark of respect for the worker and to allow his colleagues to attend his funeral.

Readers have continued to pay tribute to Nessar in the Bucks Free Press book of condolences.

Maryam Khan described Nessar as the "best brother ever" saying he "missed him so much".

He continued: "You’ll be in my heart forever Nessar.

"You didn’t deserve this world, you deserved so much more.

"I love you Nes.”

His next-door neighbour, Lee Buckley, said Nessar would regularly play football with his children.

He said: “As your next-door neighbour, I remember you knocking at our house to play football with my youngest lad.

"Our thoughts are with your mum, dad, brother and sister."

Thames Valley Police are still investigating the incident and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
