Weekly round-up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court:

 

August 16:

  • Victor Kabera, 35, of Station Close, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink-drive limit on the M25 motorway in Fulmer on May 17. Must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £180. Disqualified from driving for 28 months.

 

August 17:

  • Mark Linley, 58, of Church Road, Farnham Royal. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Lent Rise Road, Burnham, on September 30, 2020. Speed recorded was 36mph. Fined £60. Costs £74. Disqualified from driving for six months.

 

August 18:

  • Mark Theed, 60, of Oakfield Road, Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 12 and July 19. Fined £40. Costs £30.
  • Michael Collings, 42, of Oakfield Road, Aylesbury. Using threatening or abusive words /behaviour likely to cause harassment in Aylesbury on January 20. Fined £40. Costs £119.
  • Darren Martin, 52, of Lester Road, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on November 18, 2020. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months. Compensation £100. Costs £213. Assault by beating of an emergency worker in Aylesbury on August 4, 2020. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months.
  • Francis Afonso, 41, of Amersham Hill, High Wycombe. Common assault of an emergency worker in High Wycombe on November 8, 2020. Must carry out 250 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Compensation £100. Costs £495.
  • Alex Croudace, 30, of Telford Way, Downley. Breaching a non-molestation order in High Wycombe on July 5. Must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £180.

 

August 19:

  • Nakita Moore, 22, of Pulver Road, Broughton. Assault by beating in Broughton on December 22, 2020. Community order made – rehabilitation activity requirement. Costs £180.
  • Clifford Allen, 47, of Wyndham Crescent, Burnham. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Treadaway Hill, Flackwell Heath on December 4, 2020. Speed recorded was 46mph. Fined £66. Costs £34. Driving record endorsed with four points.

 

August 20:

  • Phillip Huddlestone, 37, of Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury. Fraud by false representation. On May 21, in Aylesbury, used someone else’s bank card to withdraw £191.50. Community order made – must be under curfew with electronic monitoring. Compensation £191.50. Theft from a person. On May 21, in Aylesbury, stole a bank card. Community order made.
