  • Ryan Bowyer, 32, of Longleys, Aylesbury. Assault by beating in Aylesbury on November 28, 2019. Committed to prison for two months suspended for 24 months. Restraining order issued.   • Jonathan King, 32, of Watermead, Aylesbury. Enterring a premises in contravention with a closure notice in Purnell Walk, Aylesbury on August 22. Fined £100. Costs £34.
  • Gordon McKay, 40, of Heath End Road, Flackwell Heath. Attempted burglary dwelling with intent to steal. On April 2, in Heath End Road, attempted to enter a property as a trespasser with intent to steal. Community order made – rehabilitation activity requirement. Costs £720.
  • Arkadiusz Sekowski, 26, of Claydon Close, Aylesbury. Possession of a class B drug. On October 5, 2020, in Tiddington, Oxfordshire, had a quantity of amphetamine in their possession. Fined £170. On June 25, in High Wycombe, damaged an oil lantern, signed poster and shoe cabinet of unknown value. Must carry out 300 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Compensation £1,000. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm in High Wycombe on June 25. Community order made.
  • Matthew Smith, 20, of Thorney Lane North, Iver. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court between June 26 and July 19. Fined £50.
