Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Householder application for construction of single-storey rear extension with veranda, part single, part two-storey front/side extension with front porch roof and replacement detached garage - 21/07820/FUL 

Kelly Quinn has submitted plans for 221 Penn Road, Hazlemere.

Brick and tile to match the existing build will be used.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.

Householder application for construction of part single/part two-storey rear extension, conversion of garage to habitable accommodation and dropped kerb extension - 21/07815/FUL

Mr and Mrs Simpson have submitted to the council an application for 108 Carver Hill Road, High Wycombe.

This is a full application. The agent is DR Design, in Bletchley.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Householder application for construction of single-storey rear extension, two-storey rear and side extensions, internal and fenestration alterations and construction of single-storey garden building for gym and office - 21/07807/FUL

Mrs Rebecca Rubel has submitted to Bucks Council plans for 66 New Road, Tylers Green.

The garden building will be at the back of the garden, reports indicate.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.

Construction of one two-bed attached dwelling, bin and cycle store, hardstanding and alterations to access including dropped kerb, 1.8m-high C/B fence - 21/07832/FUL

Mr Usman Yousof has submitted to the council a planning application for 302 Micklefield Road, High Wycombe.

Three parking spaces and two bicycle bays are also proposed.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the council.

Householder application for demolition of existing garage and construction of single-storey side extension - 21/07782/FUL

Ms Hayley Baverstock has submitted plans relating to 11 Sedgmoor Gardens, Flackwell Heath.

The property is thought to be a bungalow.
