August 25:

  • Lewis Webb, 30, of Hughenden Road, High Wycombe. Burglary other than dwelling – theft. On December 12, 2020, in High Wycombe, entered Thame House communal post area and stole a clothes order to the value to £113. Committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 months. Compensation £113.

  • Mohammed Waqar, 32, of Stonecroft, Aylesbury. Driving over the drug drive limit. On June 7, in Tring Road, Aylesbury, had a quantity of Delta-9- tetrahydrocannabinol in their system. Fined £180. Costs £775. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
  • Michael McClure, 22, of Holtspur Way, Beaconsfield. Exceeding a temporary 50mph speed limit on the M4 near Waltham St Lawrence on October 14, 2020. Speed recorded was 57mph. Fined £84. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit on the M40 in Beaconsfield on December 30, 2020. Speed recorded was 83mph. Fined £84. Costs £90. Driving record endorsed with three points.

August 27:

  • Kenneth Wainwright, 24, of The Chase, Chesham. Driving over the drug drive limit. On December 5, 2020, in Lynton Road, Chesham, had a proportion of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £488. Costs £1,048. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

  • Alex Brunton, 42, of Wilton Lane, Beaconsfield. Failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Banbury on November 20, 2020. Fined £660. Costs £316. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • Scott Deane, 32, of Chalk Hill, Chesham. Driving over the drug drive limit. On March 20, 2020, in Princes Road, Aylesbury, had a quantity of cocaine in their blood. Must carry out 160 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Driving over the drug drive limit.   • Douglas Lissenburg, 26, of Beauchamp Cottages, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled class B drug. In Aylesbury, on May 31, 2020, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £373. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Assault by beating of an emergency worker in Aylesbury on May 31, 2020. Must carry out 125 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Compensation £100. Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment in Aylesbury on May 31, 2020. Community order made – must complete thinking skills course.
