A new wildlife pond, an extension demolition, and a garage conversion are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Engineering operation to create a wildlife pond and associated vegetation (part retrospective) - 21/07848/FUL

A Bucks resident has submitted to the council an application for Burrow Farm, Hollow Lane, Rotten Row, Hambleden.

Although works began in July, they are incomplete.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Householder application for construction of single-storey rear extension following partial demolition of existing extension, external material alterations and fenestration alterations to garage - 21/07844/FUL

Ms Natasha Van Oudgaarden has submitted plans for 54 Herons Place, Marlow.

Plans also detail a ‘change of colour to timber boarding to the front elevation, and alterations to secondary openings to the existing garage’.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Replacement of existing residential barn with one detached residential dwelling (alternative scheme to pp 20/06093/FUL) - 21/07843/FUL

Mr Smith has submitted to the council an application for the barn at the rear of Little Acorns, Chinnor Road, Bledlow Ridge.

The agent is JCE Planning & Architectural Consultancy, in Aylesbury.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.   

Householder application for garage conversion, erection of single-storey linked extension and erection of side and front porch canopies - 21/07826/FUL 

Pervin Rich has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for 15 Ashdown Road, High Wycombe.

Materials used will ‘match the existing’ build.

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.

Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of detached dwelling - 21/07827/FUL

Mr Munir Hussain has submitted to the council plans for 65 Marlow Road, High Wycombe.

The new property will be at least a four-bed.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.
