An elderly woman has died near the car park of a private hospital after emergency services were called to a "fear for safety".
Shocked eyewitnesses say they saw four ambulances, four police cars and an air ambulance at the Chiltern Hospital in Great Missenden on Monday afternoon.

One witness, who did not want to be named, told the Bucks Free Press she was picking up a friend from the hospital when she saw "medics, nurses and porters" rushing to one of the hospital's car parks to assist with an incident.
Thames Valley Police confirmed they were called to the scene at 12.23pm by South Central Ambulance Service following reports of a fear for safety.
Although police attended, a woman in her nineties was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no suggestion that the woman was in any way involved with the hospital or had treatment there before her death.
Her death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious and her next of kin have been informed.
A file will be prepared for the coroner.
