Firefighters have been called to a gas leak at an Aylesbury petrol station.

A Bucks fire crew was called to the Esso garage in Camborne Avenue at around 9am on Saturday after a petrol pipe split, causing a leak.

The firefighters were on hand to isolate the leaking pipe and dispose of the dangerous substances by using a gas monitor and absorbent pads.

No one was harmed in the incident, but the firefighters were able to give advice to staff at the petrol station.
