Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.
Householder application for construction of a detached outbuilding to front for use as garden room - 21/07937/FUL
Joanna Smart has submitted plans for Woodlands Cottage, Ibstone Road, Ibstone.
“Shiplap T&G cladding constructed in black Sadolin finished redwood” will be used on all elevations.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision.
Listed Building Application for display of 15 x replacement floodlights - 21/07928/LBC
HSBC CRE, in Canary Wharf, has submitted to Bucks Council an application for the HSBC bank, 1 Cornmarket, High Wycombe.
It is understood the building is Grade II* Listed.
The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.
Householder application for raising of roof, roof extensions/alterations comprising formation of rear gable and side dormer windows to allow habitable space within the loft area - 21/07918/FUL
Mr Rehman has submitted to the council a planning application for Bexley, Colville Road, High Wycombe.
Renewal of previous planning approval, ref:17/06996/FUL, dated: October 5, 2017.
The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.
Householder application for construction of a single-storey timber clad garden studio to rear (alternative scheme to pp 16/05242/FUL) - 21/07926/FUL
Mr and Mrs Bolan have submitted a planning application for Hillrise, Cryers Hill Road, Cryers Hill.
This is an alternative to a previously permitted scheme.
The applicants are now awaiting a decision.
Erection of two detached dwellings - 21/07917/FUL
Mr Edwards has submitted plans for 23 Chapel Road, Flackwell Heath.
Parking will increase from four to six spaces.
The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.
