A family-run company has spoken out after their founder was accused of harassment and discrimination in a Marlow pub.

ITV sports reporter and former Welsh hockey athlete Beth Fisher was at the Chequers on Saturday night enjoying a catch-up with her best friend when the pair were harassed and discriminated against.

Beth captured a video of the man who was reportedly behind the incident, and he could clearly be seen wearing an 'RS Boiler Services' jumper.

The Marlow company has now spoken out about the incident after their business was hit with one-star reviews on Google from angry Twitter users.

On their Facebook page, RS Boiler Services said they were "appalled" at the incident.

They wrote: "We have been alerted this morning to a video of one of our staff (founder of RS Boilers) Ray Skoyles from this weekend in Marlow.

"We as a family, and a company, are appalled by what we saw. There is no excuse ever for this sort of behaviour and we do/ have #calleditout as a family and also as a company.

"We are sorry that Ray’s behaviour after too many drinks has led to people feeling unsafe. And we hope this wake-up call helps Ray to continue to reflect on this and provides an opportunity for him to consider his behaviour in a way that reflects his true values.

"Ray has struggled to recognise himself in the circulating video. We will be reaching out to the young women affected in due course.

"Ray, although still involved day-to-day, has not been running RS Boilers for some time.

"The next generation are responsible for the day-to-day running and our young, incredibly hard working team, is headed up by Adam Skoyles.

"This incident has caused serious reflection, and Ray will be stepping back from his current role at this time.

"Please feel free to get in contact to discuss any concerns you have about any upcoming jobs/projects and we hope to reassure you and continue working with you to the high standard that we pride ourselves on."
