Two men talked their way into an elderly woman's home in Micklefield, High Wycombe, and stole her bank card as well as cash.
At around 8.00pm on October 6, the two men knocked on the elderly woman's door asking to check her water pressure.
Whilst distracting the woman by removing things from her cupboard the men stole the money and bank card.

Thames Valley Police have opened up an investigation and are appealing to the public for witnesses and CCTV.
A spokesman said: "We are appealing for witnesses and CCTV following a distraction burglary in Micklefield, High Wycombe on Wednesday 6 October.
"At around 8.00pm two men knocked on the door of an elderly resident asking to check her water pressure.
" After being distracted by removing things from the cupboard under the sink, the men have stolen an amount of cash and a bank card."
