An office conversion, a garden room, and a loft conversion are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Householder application for erection of single-storey front extension and conversion of one garage to storeroom and shower room with insertion of lantern rooflight – 21/07438/FUL

Mr and Mrs Putnam have submitted plans for 40 Oak Tree Avenue, Marlow.

Most materials will match existing.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Householder application for construction of single-storey rear extension and loft conversion with rear dormer – 21/07977/FUL

Mr Remi Iwanski has submitted to Bucks Council an application for 64 Miersfield, High Wycombe.

Materials include charred timber laid in a brick pattern, and aluminium.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the council.

Change of use of old estates office building into two semi-detached dwellings, fenestration alterations and installation of four conservation style rooflights – 21/07976/FUL

Mr Chris Folley, of Harleyford Estate, has submitted to the council plans for the old estate office, Harleyford, Marlow.

Plans detail ‘minimal changes to the external fabric of the building apart from changing an existing window into a doorway for access into one of the dwellings, and four conservation style rooflights to increase natural daylight into the top floor bedroom’.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.   

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed replacement flat roof to existing shed and insertion of replacement bay window and flat roof to main dwelling – 21/07933/CLP

Mr and Mrs Cattaruzza have submitted a planning application for Meadow View, Stratford Drive, Wooburn Green.

The works are ‘to match an approved orangery’.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for the proposed erection of a garden room – 21/04002/ACL 

Mr Hussain has submitted to the council a planning application for 8 Guernsey Close, Aylesbury.

The site can be seen from the road, documents state.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority.
