Starting a new business in November 2019 was always going to be a challenge for any new agent entering Crendon Street, High Wycombe where some well-established estate agents all live! But creating, developing and growing a new estate agency during the Covid Pandemic became a unique challenge.
Samuel Ford at Ford & Partners took this challenge age 24 having worked in the property industry for over six years with the sole aim of making the moving process easier for everyone involved.
Now, after almost two years of trading and with the support of Ian Thomas MARLA, Benas Vaitkunas, Jane Pausey, family and friends they are extremely delighted to announce that Ford & Partners have won both The British Property Awards for High Wycombe in Sales & Lettings for 2021/2022. The team overall performed outstanding throughout the extensive judging process which focused on excellent customer service levels.
However, it is with pride that the team would like to recognise property advisor Benas Vaitkunas for always going that extra mile for its customers. His attention to customer service is truly second to none. Ford & Partners have now also been shortlisted for a number of national awards. The British Property Awards is one of the most prestigious estate agency awards. Their awards are structured in a manner that ensures maximum participation, on average judging over 90% of agents that meet their minimum criteria on a local level.
Ford & Partners adopted advanced marketing techniques quite early in the covid environment. Panoramic Virtual Tours, Drone Photography and Smartphone App based property management have all become integral to the way they conduct business.
The idea was always quite simple ‘same idea, done differently’. Samuel says, “our aim has always been to focus on individuals in property transactions, use the most advanced marketing and management systems and deliver excellent customer service”. Ian Thomas joined the company as a Partner back in August 2020 bringing with him over 15 years’ experience working in property in senior roles within competitor businesses.
The team have collectively worked hard at implementing the most modern processes and systems to support moving people. As an independent business they have proved to be commercially agile; tailor their services to the needs and demands of their customers and adapt to changing market conditions with various marketing strategies.
Today Ford & Partners have already sold property to a combined value of 30 million pounds and collected rent to the value of half a million pounds. They are always looking forward to continually developing processes and working with current, past and future clients.
