October 5:

  • Kellie Blake, 42, of Butlers Court, High Wycombe. Exceeding the 40mph speed limit on the A41 in Bicester, Oxfordshire, on January 28. Fined £180. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
  • Andre Gibson, 20, of Gayhurst Road, High Wycombe. Theft of a pedal cycle. On Septebmer 10, at the Eden Shopping Centre in High Wycombe, stole a pedal cycle to the value of £260. Committed to prison for four weeks. Compensation £130. Theft of a motor vehicle. On August 31, in Micklefield Road, High Wycombe, stole an electric scooter to the value of £1,300. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive to first offence. Compensation £650. Theft of a pedal cycle. On September 19, in Denmark Street, stole a pedal cycle to the value of £150. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive to first offence. Compensation £75.
  • Jamie Power, 30, of Freemantle Road, Aylesbury. Breaching a domestic violence protection order. On October 4, breached a domestic violence protection order by entering a property in Aylesbury. Committed to prison for two months. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on September 29. Suspended sentence of one month imposed concurrently. Overall length of sentence two months.

  • Heidi Caple, 56, of Winters Way, Holmer Green. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the A40 West Wycombe Road, High Wycombe, on December 12, 2018. Fined £66. Costs £34.
  • Bashrat Mahmood, 47, of Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Arnison Avenue, High Wycombe, on September 18, 2020. Fined £376. Costs £144. Driving record endorsed with six points. Driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Arnison Avenue, High Wycombe, on September 18, 2020. No separate penalty.

Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order imposed by West London Magistrates’ Court. Fined £40.
  • Luke Tovey, 28, of Kings Close, Aylesbury. Driving over the drug drive limit. On September 2, 2020, in Maidstone, Kent, had a proportion of benzoylecgonine in their blood. Fined £323. Costs £149. Disqualified from driving for three years. Driving a vehicle without third party insurance in Old Loose Hill, Maidstone, on September 4, 2020. Fined £323. Driving over the drug drive limit. On September 4, 2020, in Maidstone, Kent, had a proportion of cocaine in their system. No separate penalty.

  • Thomas Kavanagh, 28, of Glenister Road, Chesham. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On September 20, 2020, in Chesham, damaged a window to an unknown value.
