A supermarket display request, a garage conversion, and a home office and gym are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.

Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.

Lidl Great Britain Limited has submitted to Bucks Council an application relating to the site of the former Waitrose, Chapel Street, Marlow.

The discount retailer got planning approved on June 3. 

The applicant is now awaiting a decision.   

Householder application for construction of first-floor rear extension, single-storey rear extension to replace existing conservatory, garage conversion to habitable accommodation, creation of three parking spaces and widening of crossover - 21/08018/FUL

Mr and Mrs Booker have submitted plans for 3 St Teresa’s Close, Princes Risborough.

A new vehicle access is also proposed.

The applicants are now awaiting a response from the council.

Certificate of lawfulness proposed for erection of detached garden building to rear for use as office/gym, insertion of rear dormer in connection with loft conversion - 21/08028/CLP

Rita Arapta has submitted a planning application for 4 Harlow Road, High Wycombe.

The roof conversion will accommodate a staircase.

The applicant is now awaiting a response from the local authority. 

Certificate of lawfulness for proposed installation of solar panels to front and air source heat pump unit to rear - 21/08035/CLP

Mr and Mrs Maguire have submitted to the council plans for Pippins Cottage, Church Road, Tylers Green.

The agent is Penn Design Architects Limited.

The applicants are now awaiting a decision.

Vehicular access, fence, gate and post; and EV charging unit to front elevation - PL/21/3863/FA

Ms Goh has submitted to Bucks Council an application for 36 Blackhorse Close, Amersham.

This is a full application with an expected ‘Delegated Decision’.

Council officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
